Duties include:
- Training and Onboarding Caregivers
- Light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
- Medication and appointment reminders
- Transportation/errands/outings
- Personal Care (bathing, grooming, toileting and transferring)
- Alzheimer’s and other dementia care
- Hospice client support/end of life care
Requirements to be considered for a Lead Caregiver in training:
- 2 years Caregiving or Home Health Care STNA a plus
- Prior Background in Caregiving
- Possess a valid Ohio driver's license
- Your own reliable vehicle
- Current automobile insurance
- Complete background requirements, BMV check and drug screen
- Must be able to love, laugh and want to improve the lives of those around you
